Cellectricon Raises Euro5.8m

Gothenburg - Cellectricon AB has completed a series B financing round totalling Euro5.8 million in late May. The investors in this round include InnovationsCapital, Investor Growth Capital and the Karolinska Investment Fund. “The funding will enable us to successfully launch Dynaflow globally and expand the product range with the next generation of Dynaflow chips. This will position Cellectricon as the leading provider of platforms for ion channel drug discovery,” said Jakob Lindberg, CEO of Cellectricon. The company also announced the election of Axel Broms as new chairman of the board.
